熟成期間：11年、30年のブレンド
フランス輸出のために開発した30年物と11年物をブレンドした米焼酎。
プロローグのファストノートは、まずフレッシュな青リンゴの香り、続いて葡萄の香り、
プラムの甘い香りが出現します。

口に含むとまずドライな飲み口ですがその後を追いかけるように強い甘味が現われます。
微かな苦みとさらに仄かな渋みが心地よい収斂味（しゅうれんみ）を造りだし、アフター
は南国の熟れたフルーツの甘さと枯淡を感じさせる余韻が長く続きます。
フランスの取引先のソムリエと利き酒スタッフのコメントをご紹介します。
「少々辛口ぎみにも関わらず、キャラメルや蜂蜜のようなまろやかさも味わえ、ラムのよ
うに楽しめる焼酎だと思います。
ボトルもですが、中身の味わいもすばらしい芸術作品のように感じました。」
テロアールの国であるフランスへの輸出品のため、原料の大部分は球磨郡あさぎり町産の
ヒノヒカリで、他は地元産のコシヒカリと食用米です。
もちろん、ＧＩ　ＫＵＭＡ！

ラベルのデザインは人間国宝・芹沢銈介の渾身の作品、ボトル、パッケージは弊社のイメ
ージカラーである黒で統一感を出しております。
「本格焼酎は文化であり、芸術である。」この変わらぬ思いを、フランス人の美意識に立
って制作した製品です。

残念ながら数量に限りがあるため国内販売はしておりませんが、このＥＣサイトでのみ、
毎月限定で販売いたします。
